Ultimately, its hard not to see Fable III as just a little bit of a disappointment - if only because the rulership concept just isn't very well explored. But condemning the game for one underdeveloped feature, put against the multitude of other features offered, is completely unfair, and does Fable III a disservice. Yes, so the ending was a bit of a disappointment, but the journey was excellent, and Fable has always been more about the journey than the destination. This might not be the Albion you know, and it might not always be better for it, but it's still Albion, and its still addictive, time-consuming and, above all, fun.
